1)     Our base salary is $40K 〜$45K DOE at this moment.

2)     Bonus twice a year if the company is making enough profit.

Job Description

Responsible for executing the overall sales activities of a company or assigned South America market in order to achieve organizational sales and profit objectives.

1.      Objectives of this Role

Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.

2.      Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1)     Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.

2)     Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.

3)     Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.

4)     Shipping Documents  – Invoice, Packing List, Doc BL, Case Marks  – Communicating with the distributor back and forth.

5)     Shipping schedules – updating the shipping schedules for distributors based on the Tokai production list.

6)     Statements of account – Updating monthly statements of account.

7)     Accounts receivable – Following up with customers for payment.

8)     Quotations/Breakdowns when necessary.

9)     Updating Price Lists.

10)  Following up with distributors regarding Trade Shows (machine lineup, demo designs, etc.)

11)  Business trips for Tradeshows, Seminars (create presentations), meetings, customer visits.

12)  Report on current market situation/economy/future forecast for distributors.

3.      Skills and Qualifications

1)     1-2 years in sales.

2)     Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

3)     Personal integrity

4)     Fluent in English and Spanish

4.      Preferred Qualifications

1)     High school diploma or equivalent education required.

2)     Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

3)     Strong organizational skills.
